Definition of “Personal Information”

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), “personal information” means any information or opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether or not it is true and whether or not it is recorded in material form.

Information that cannot identify you or be reasonably linked to your identity is not covered by this policy.

Information We Collect

When you complete the Scorecard or book a call, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Instagram handle (optional)
• Your Scorecard answers and result

We also automatically collect some technical information to understand how the Website is used and how you found it, including your IP address, browser and device information, the page you arrived from, and UTM parameters from any ad you clicked.

We do not collect payment information through this Website. If you purchase a paid program from us separately, that transaction is handled by a payment processor with its own privacy practices.

Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics

The Website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you more relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This involves sharing some of the information above (such as a hashed version of your email, name, or phone number) with Meta.

We also use Vercel Analytics to understand Website traffic in aggregate. This does not identify you individually.

Purpose of Collection

(a) We collect your information to generate your Scorecard result, follow up with you by email about that result, and arrange a coaching call if you choose to book one.

(b) We store and manage your information using GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM) and booking platform, and your Scorecard video result is hosted on Vimeo.

(c) By completing the Scorecard, you agree to receive follow-up communications from us by email, SMS, or phone relating to your result and our Services. Every email includes an unsubscribe option. To opt out completely at any time, contact us at hello@winninginlove.com.

Automated Scoring

Your Scorecard result is generated automatically from your yes/no answers using a fixed, publicly described scoring method — it is not reviewed or adjusted by a person before you see it. The result is used to personalise the follow-up email and video you receive and to help us understand what to cover if you book a call.

Access and Correction

Under Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) 12 and 13, you can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you. Email your request to hello@winninginlove.com.

Complaint Handling

If you're concerned about how we've handled your personal information, please email us at hello@winninginlove.com and we'll review and address it with you. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Overseas Disclosure

Some of the third-party services we use to operate the Website — including Meta, Vimeo, and our hosting provider — may store or process information outside Australia as part of their normal operations. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
